The Greenway Trail from I25 to Northwest Open Space is a nice stretch of paved multi-use trail. The trail passes through the Charles C. Winburn Park with scenic ponds and an additional loop trail. The trail is lined with Cottonwoods and leads to the Northwest Open Space. You can continue to follow the trail past Northwest OS as it enters a golf course and eventually leads all the way to Standley Lake.
