From I-70, exit at Georgetown. At the round-about, head east and when you reach the lake, just find a parking spot.

Hike Description:

The Georgetown Lake Loop (also known as the “Tom Bennhoff - Lake Trail”) is a classic, easy Front Range hike that is both scenic and easy for all types of hikers. There is not much needed as far as a hike description, this is about as self explanatory as it gets. There is plenty of parking on the south and west shores and the eastern shore is the nicest part of the hike as it skirts the edge of the forest and lake shore. Be sure to check out the wildlife viewing station and take your time relaxing at the lake. When you are done, go get some food and refreshment at Cabin Creek Brewing and check out historic Georgetown as well.
